A Word from Sabrina

From Zero Sales Experience to #1 in the Business

When I joined this opportunity, I was 25 and studying for my MCATS in order to become a doctor. Life pushed me into a completely different path when I needed to make some money to pay my bills. I knew some people in my family had done well in sales, so I put my resume out for sales opportunities. An insurance company recruited me and I got the opportunity to learn. I worked my butt off and I stayed committed to the entire process, which helped me to eventually build an empire.

When I started, I started as a basic level entry agent, but I wanted to be the best. That first year, I was able to make it on stage internationally as a top producer in the entire company. I was able to get promoted, moving from New Jersey to Maryland and produced another multi-million organization with one of my mentors. Since we did such a good job, I was given the opportunity to move to my own office in New York, and doing well there ultimately led me to Chicago. You need to have this same mindset: not going through the motions, but constantly looking to get to the next level. I know what it’s like to start from the bottom and feel like you have nothing or build entire businesses in new markets. You’ll have the support you need, but you need to possess the vision to win. You have to want to win. You have to believe in yourself. Our team has some of the strongest leaders with the largest agency forces. We teach people to be entrepreneurs in a way you can be independent, but never feel like you’re alone. I know it can be scary in the beginning when it’s new, but there are people that will walk with you and help you along the way.
